Mandarin:

As its name suggests, the mandarin orange originated in China. Mandarins were indeed
the rulers of China and Manchuria. Larger than its cousin the 
Clementine, it is also paler and its fragrant notes are softer and 
sweeter. While its peel – or zest – is used in perfumery and 
aromatherapy, its leaves are also used after steam distillation.

Mandarin
